Pipe Repair

Two cycle expansion pipes undergo considerable stress and fatigue from high frequency resonating and heat cycling, frequently causing the pipe to crack. Apex Designs repairs pipes by TIG welding the cracked areas and then heat treating the pipe with a post-weld stress relief. Stress relieving changes the steel’s microstructure, helping prevent the chances of future cracking in the welded areas. $ 40 + shipping . Next day service in most cases.
